Senior Associate Attorney

Nicole has many years of experience working in the legal field, first as a paralegal, then as a licensed attorney. She has considerable experience in transactional law and corporate work, making her a superstar at contracts, mergers, and other complex deals that nonprofits routinely face. Earning a certificate in cybersecurity and privacy law, Nicole is also proficient with complicated data practice issues. She is a graduate of Hamline School of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law) and the University of Minnesota-Morris, where she earned her B.A. in Psychology.

When Nicole isn’t working on a client matter, she can most likely be found spending time with her husband, Alex, and their dogs, Jemma and Luna, or hiking, paddleboarding, cross country skiiing, or relaxing with a book.
